Go north, north.

Enter the northeast house and talk to the wizard (the answer is "Blood Inside Me") to get the PRISON KEY. Unlock the middle house to find the prison. There's nothing inside, though. There's a teleporter in the southwest house. When done, head northwest, northeast. You've finished! Holy crap!
